ACI AWARDS

The American Concrete Institute Board of Direction has selected two members of the Italy Chapter for two importants award.

Prof. Liberato Ferrara, vice-president of ACI IC, has been selected to receive the Delmar L Bloem Distinguished Service Award. This honor was bestowed by the ACI Board of Direction specifically “for outstanding leadership of committee 544- Fiber Reinforced Concrete”.

Prof. Roberto Realfonzo, director of ACI IC, has been selected to receive the ACI Chapter Activities Award. This honor was bestowed by the ACI Board of Direction specifically “for leadership, enthusiasm and dedication while President of the Italy ACI Chapter, in promoting the Chapter activities and visibility at national and international level.”

Announcement of these awards will be made during the ACI Spring 2021 Concrete Convention and Exposition in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Hilton, Baltimore, MD, USA.
